Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the websites and services operated by LoopGain Technologies Inc. (“LoopGain”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a Canadian corporation located in Ontario, Canada.

1. Services

LoopGain operates:

loopgain.ai — informational landing site
dashboard.loopgain.ai — the LoopGain observability dashboard (currently in pre-release / demo mode)
telemetry.loopgain.ai — the optional telemetry ingestion endpoint
The loopgain Python package distributed via PyPI under Apache-2.0

By using any of these, you agree to these terms.

2. The open-source library

The loopgain Python package is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. The full license text is available at apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.

Your use of the package is governed by the Apache-2.0 license, not by these Terms. These Terms apply to your use of our hosted services (websites, dashboard, telemetry endpoint).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the services in a way that violates applicable law
Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls on the dashboard or telemetry endpoint
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the paid dashboard product (the open-source library is freely inspectable under its license)
Use the services to send unsolicited bulk communications, attempt to compromise other users’ data, or interfere with normal operation
Submit deliberately false or malicious telemetry data designed to disrupt the service or other users’ dashboards

4. The hosted dashboard

The hosted dashboard at dashboard.loopgain.ai is currently provided in pre-release / demo mode at no cost. Pricing tiers, billing terms, service-level commitments, and detailed dashboard-specific terms will be added here when paid tiers become generally available.

Until paid tiers launch, we may suspend, change, or discontinue the hosted dashboard at any time without notice. You should not rely on the hosted dashboard for production-critical decision-making during this period; the underlying open-source library remains the source of truth and may be self-hosted.

5. Intellectual property

The LoopGain name, mark, and visual identity are the property of LoopGain Technologies Inc. You may use the name and mark for unmodified reference (for example, “I integrated LoopGain into our agent pipeline”) without prior permission. You may not use the name or mark in a way that suggests affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement without prior written permission.

The content on the websites (text, structured copy, diagrams) is published for informational use. The mathematical methods and decision-engine logic are described publicly because the library is open source; the dashboard’s specific implementation, code, and aggregation methods remain proprietary.

6. No warranty

The websites, dashboard, and telemetry services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

The open-source library is provided under the terms of the Apache-2.0 license, which includes its own no-warranty clause (Section 7). Refer to the LICENSE file for details.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LoopGain Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or cost of substitute services. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months, or (b) CAD $100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LoopGain Technologies Inc. from any third-party claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services in violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the hosted services at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the services at any time. The Apache-2.0 license on the open-source library is independent of these terms and continues to apply regardless of access to the hosted services.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged via the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be brought in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
